Job Summary
Greet guests and members upon arrival, delivering a high-energy, positive atmosphere as the first and last impression of the brand. Engage prospective members to sell memberships, promote club services, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude with strong communication skills while working opening hours from approximately 5am to 2pm. This performance-based role offers hourly compensation with an incentivized commission structure, medical and dental insurance, and a complimentary Crunch membership.
