Job Summary
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for delivering superior customer service to members and guests. This role includes ensuring guests are warmly greeted, handling incoming calls professionally, managing member check-in procedures, responding to member inquiries, and maintaining front desk operations. The associate must maintain a clean and organized lobby area, monitor retail goals, and collaborate with maintenance staff for cleanliness issues. Required qualifications include strong customer service skills, friendly demeanor, and high school diploma or GED, along with CPR/AED certification.

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Possess a strong customer service focus, diplomacy and professionalism
- Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
- Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current CPR/AED certification
