Job Summary
Seasonal Front Desk Associate at Montauk Lodge. Responsibilities include providing accurate information for guest tours and programs, promoting guest programs with a positive demeanor, handling guest reservations and room assignments, addressing guest complaints, keeping front/back office areas organized, communicating with emergency responders when needed, preparing daily deposits and following cash-handling procedures, and supporting other team members with Park knowledge. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year front desk/room registration experience, and National Park/Resort experience; ability to work varied day/night/weekend/holiday shifts; strong communication and computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Room Master).
