Job Summary
Greet members, guests, and visitors professionally while processing point-of-sale transactions for day passes, sessions, merchandise, and concessions. Check in participants using the scheduling system, answer inquiries about programs and pricing, and direct people to appropriate facility areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lounge, bathrooms, and common areas by re-stocking supplies and performing routine walkthroughs. Assist with event setup and breakdown for camps, leagues, and rentals, while communicating incidents or feedback to management in real time. Follow opening and closing procedures and adhere to safety guidelines during a ~30-hour schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, athletic environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic comfort with POS systems and technology
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move light equipment when needed
- Must be available for mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to work ~30 hours per week

- Prior front desk, retail, hospitality, or fitness facility experience
