Job Summary
Greet and register guests, manage check-ins and checkouts, and handle reservations and cancellations using the PMS. Post room and food charges, collect payments, and ensure cash, check, and miscellaneous departments are balanced at shift end. Transmit guest messages, answer inquiries about hotel services and dining, and keep Housekeeping informed of special requests. Maintain the Front Desk area's cleanliness and safety while adhering to proper telephone etiquette and emergency procedures. Work weekends and holidays as needed.
