Job Summary
Be the face of our hotel by warmly greeting and assisting arriving guests; uphold Marriott's hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere; deliver personalized service reflecting member status; recognize and acknowledge Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members and ensure elite benefits are delivered accurately; handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments; book guest reservations; handle confidential guest records with integrity; resolve minor guest complaints and inform supervisors of major issues; collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service; answer and route calls and take guest messages with accuracy; demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; opportunities for leadership development and growth; employment contingent on background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; or 1-3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good leadership and training abilities
