Front Desk Associate I - Part Time - Club Wyndham Donatello Resort

As a Guest Services Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you’ll warmly welcome guests, guide them through the registration process, issue unit keys, provide information about the resort and nearby attractions, and assist with room rate quotes and reservations. You’ll process cash and card transactions, balance cash receipts, complete checkout procedures, and respond promptly to guest inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced resort environment. The role involves open availability for shifts (7am–3:30pm and 10am–6:30pm), a strong emphasis on hospitality, communication, and basic math in handling transactions, and the ability to multitask while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
