Job Summary
Front Desk Associate responsible for prompt, friendly guest service including check-in/check-out, answering phones, upselling rooms, and acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled. Must be proficient with Property Management System, complete brand trainings, handle cash/credit transactions, perform data entry and reporting, assist with lobby and public areas upkeep, and respond to guest requests and complaints to ensure total guest satisfaction. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, ability to stand for long periods, and the flexibility to work weekends/holidays; role involves greeting guests, providing information on hotel services, and supporting cross-department coordination.
