Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional guest service; perform efficient front desk check-in/check-out; serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled; promote upselling of room types and hotel services; maintain proficiency in the Property Management System (PMS); complete brand training and adhere to brand standards; process payments accurately; handle administrative tasks (data entry, reporting, document scanning, record maintenance); address guest requests and complaints with professional service recovery; assist with lobby, guest tours, special requests, and ensuring a clean, organized lobby and public areas; uphold safety, security, and privacy of guests and employees; collaborate with other departments to deliver quality service; maintain flexibility to work any assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable handling various objects and computer equipment
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) or willingness to learn
