Job Summary
Greet and register guests, manage reservations, and handle check-ins and checkouts efficiently while balancing cash and miscellaneous departments. Post room and food charges, compute guest bills, and transmit messages for guests. Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, dining, and travel directions, ensuring the Front Desk area remains clean and safe. Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, loyalty programs, and emergency procedures, and coordinate with Housekeeping on special requests. Work weekends and holidays as needed. LTD Hospitality Group manages top-performing brands under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group flags.
