Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator for Goodwill of Colorado Headquarters in Colorado Springs handles the first point of contact for callers and visitors, directs inquiries to appropriate personnel, manages interoffice mail and package receipt, distributes payroll checks, and maintains notes for smooth shift transitions. Requires strong customer service, ability to work with a multi-line phone system, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task in a high-traffic environment. Work schedule is part-time (M-F 12:30pm–5:00pm) with temp-to-hire potential to full-time by Q1 2026.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Two (2) years minimum experience in a position involving contact with the public and working with a multi-line phone system.
- Previous clerical and accounting skills are desired.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
