Job Summary
The Experience Guide at The NOW Massage serves as the front-line ambassador responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in a boutique massage setting. Key duties include warmly greeting guests, booking and editing massage appointments, educating guests about services, promotions, enhancements, and memberships, handling payments and gift-card sales, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area. The role also involves opening/closing the boutique per standard operating procedures, resolving guest issues, collaborating with leadership to implement best practices, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment. Strong guest-service skills, clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Enthusiasm, teamwork, and a friendly, outgoing personality are highly valued. This position supports flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The NOW Massage emphasizes a warm, elevated aesthetic and a focus on self-care for guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and service-related experience preferred
- Ability to be efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
