Job Summary
Front Desk Associate responsible for greeting and registering guests, handling reservations (including pre-registration and blocking), processing check-ins/outs, maintaining accurate cash and charges using the PMS, and delivering high-quality hospitality services. Must efficiently manage guest inquiries, provide directions and recommendations, maintain knowledge of hotel services and loyalty programs, and uphold cash handling procedures and safety. Requires strong communication, reliability, ability to work weekends/holidays, and proactive guest service to ensure a outstanding guest experience.
Required Qualifications
