Job Summary
Greet guests and members to create a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. Engage with prospective members, sell memberships, and promote club services to drive performance. Ensure every guest and member has an outstanding experience as the first and last impression of the brand. This role requires a positive, high-energy attitude, strong communication skills, and sales experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Hourly compensation includes incentivized commission, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and a complimentary Crunch membership.
