Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with questions. Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE purchasing system, assist with new membership sign-ups, and take prospects on facility tours. Update member account information, respond to concerns professionally, and elevate issues to management as needed. Complete daily cleaning assignments and maintain club neatness. Requires high school diploma, computer proficiency, and CPR/AED certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
