Job Summary
Front Desk Associate at Pet Paradise in Collegedale, TN. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and their pets, processing check-ins/check-outs, coordinating pet drop-off/pickup and suite placement, answering calls and emails, performing cashier and POS tasks, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and liaising with veterinary services. The role requires strong customer service, clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and the physical ability to walk dogs, assist with harnesses, and lift up to 60 lbs. Required Qualifications
- One to two years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
- Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Enjoys problem solving in order to provide our guests and customers with a premier experience
- This position requires a considerable amount of physical labor, including pet handling, walking, and standing for long periods of time
- Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Flexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times
