Job Summary
Front Desk Assistant at The Management Trust (Lehi, UT) provides high-level customer service, monitors access to the Clubhouse, handles secure information, enforces clubhouse policies, and assists in event operations. Responsibilities include greeting members, opening/locking the clubhouse per shift, controlling access to prevent unauthorized entry, ensuring confidentiality and NDA compliance, maintaining safety and security rounds, stocking towels, logging activities, and partnering with the Club Manager to support classes, gatherings, and Lifestyle programs. Requires reception/customer-service experience, a High School Diploma (or equivalent), strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a dependable, team-oriented approach. Schedule generally includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends; shifts vary with business needs.
