Front Desk and Sales Associate

Greet members and families warmly at check-in, answer phones, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members. Guide families through student registration using effective sales techniques, handle customer concerns with a solution-driven approach, and assist with merchandise and vending purchases. Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, changing rooms, and lobby while enforcing safety rules and administering first aid when necessary. This role requires evening and weekend availability and CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications. You will be the welcoming face of Goldfish Swim School, connecting with families to drive enrollment and ensure a seamless experience from their first interaction.
