Job Summary
Greet members and families warmly at check-in, answer phones, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients. Guide families through the student registration process, handle customer concerns professionally, and assist with merchandise and vending purchases. Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, and lobby while enforcing safety rules and administering first aid when necessary. Make calls to resolve open account issues and ensure seamless check-ins. Evening and weekend shifts required; CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Required to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin or Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support our Mandarin and Spanish-speaking customer base
- A natural communicator who is comfortable on the phone and in person with families of all backgrounds
- Comfortable learning new software
- Organized, dependable, and proactive about following through on tasks and commitments
