Job Summary
Greet visitors and answer phones to provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, and staff. Manage administrative support for the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, document production, and file maintenance. Process incoming packages by noting arrivals and notifying tenants for pickup. Maintain inventory of office supplies and refreshments, tracking orders as needed. Handle data entry, printing, scanning, and filing to keep a user-friendly document control system. Create and maintain databases tracking guests, providers, and collaterals. Requires excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and comfort with diverse older adult populations. Per diem availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with a diverse population of older adults in a residential setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation
