Job Summary
Deliver welcoming front desk service, greet guests, assist with local area information and attractions, manage front desk operations, post charges in OPERA system, support night audit duties, assist with luggage, resolve guest issues, extend professionalism to guests and crew, and ensure cash handling complies with procedures while maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area. Report to Front Desk Managers and perform duties as assigned to enhance the YOTEL Boston guest experience.
