Job Summary
Provide superior guest services at the Front Desk of Tierra Verde Residence Inn, handling check-ins/check-outs, processing payments per hotel requirements, and supplying information to guests. Manage daily reports, resolve discrepancies on the room-status report with Housekeeping, address guest complaints, and perform duties with a friendly, professional demeanor. Requires a high school graduate and at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred); computer skills a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must be available for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Location: St. Petersburg, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
- Computer experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
