Front Desk Agent

Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests while responding promptly to questions and requests. Streamline the check-in and check-out process and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism. Resolve guest concerns through attentive service recovery and excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment. Perform duties across multiple outlets on the property as required. This role is full-time with a preference for one year of front desk or customer service experience, located at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando.
