Job Summary
Provide superior guest services at a hotel front desk, including check-in/check-out and processing payments; generate, print, and distribute daily reports; resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping; and offer information and services to guests professionally. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred); strong communication skills, computer familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus; able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Location is State College, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
