Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will deliver unparalleled service and care to guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton- Nashville Downtown. Key responsibilities include promptly responding to guest inquiries, streamlining the check-in/out process, answering phone calls, multitasking effectively in a busy environment, and resolving guest concerns with attentive service recovery. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and preferably one year of front desk experience in hotels.
Required Qualifications
- One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
- One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required
Desired Qualifications
- Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
- Previous experience with hotel PMS systems (OnQ)
