Job Summary
Provide superior guest services at the Front Desk, handling check-ins/check-outs and processing payments in accordance with hotel requirements. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports; resolve discrepancies on the room-status report with Housekeeping. Maintain friendly, professional information services for guests or visitors and communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred); bilingual English/Spanish a plus; knowledge of local activities and attractions is beneficial.
