Job Summary
Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests, guiding them through the AvantStay experience and closing out cases in Salesforce. Receive, organize, and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies while lifting, moving, and unpacking items for office and storeroom organization. Maintain inventory by preparing items for the field team and tracking linen and consumables use. Organize gathering spaces including the office and surrounding areas, and stay in constant communication with the field team regarding guest arrivals and requests. Perform inspections or provide team support during non-peak arrival days. Must be based in Miami, willing to work weekends and evenings, and comfortable communicating in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Guest First attitude towards hospitality including an insatiable need to create great experiences
- Broad range of technology experience including different property management systems
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Comfort working in a startup environment with empowerment to make decisions that enhance the guest experience
- A positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- A perfectionist, attentive to all the details
- Focused, hard-working and willing to do what it takes for us to reach the next stage
- Must be based in Miami and willing to work some weekends and some evenings full time
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to become deeply knowledgeable about a varied group of subjects pertaining to short term rentals and housekeeping
- Experience in real estate, hospitality and/or tech is a plus
- Ability to understand and convey both business issues and technical concepts
- Capable of quickly learning new software systems
- Comfort communicating in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
