Job Summary
Seasonal Front Desk Agent role at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa requires greeting and checking guests in/out, issuing room keys, handling mail and messages, answering inquiries about hotel services, posting charges, making reservations and tours, assisting with guest valuables, and resolving guest issues. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and work weekends/holidays.
