Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations, reservation software, and check-in/check-out procedures while greeting guests with a friendly, professional welcome. Address inquiries, complaints, and requests quickly, then follow up to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Manage room reservations and update the property management system accurately, maintaining a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area. Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions and perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record and abide by staff handbook policies. Work 45-55 hours per week in a 10'x12' platform tent, proficient in Word, Excel, POS systems, and Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in hospitality field
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-starter
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 4 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
