Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at SLS The Red Sea is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for check-ins/check-outs, escorting VIPs, handling payments, scanning IDs, updating guest profiles, and communicating facility information. The role requires providing personalized service, resolving guest inquiries, coordinating with Housekeeping/Concierge/Engineering/F&B/Reservations, maintaining shift handovers, and upselling across rooms, F&B outlets, and spa while adhering to Data Quality Standards and the hotel’s credit policies. Proficiency with the Property Management System (Opera Cloud or similar) and reservations experience are preferred, along with familiarity with loyalty programs and guest data privacy. Previous front desk or reception experience in hospitality and a hospitality-management educational background are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems
- Basic understanding of billing, cashiering, and payment procedures
- Experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality or service industries
