Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for all check-in and check-out tasks, managing online and phone reservations, informing guests about payment methods, registering guests with required details, welcoming guests and assigning rooms, providing information about the hotel, rates, and amenities, responding to guest complaints professionally, coordinating with housekeeping to prepare rooms, confirming group reservations and arranging personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees, and upselling additional facilities and services while maintaining up-to-date bookings and payments.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Opera
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
