Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Raines Co. greets guests, handles inquiries, checks guests in and out, and manages reservations. Responds to phone and in-person inquiries, uses suggestive selling to increase room nights and occupancy, resolves guest issues with urgency, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, handles billing and cash transactions, and ensures security procedures are followed. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, professional demeanor, and support for guests during high-volume periods; requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service or hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions
- Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
- Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Pre-employment background check required
