Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent (PM) is responsible for greeting guests, registering them, and processing payments. This role includes balancing the cash drawer, providing information about hotel facilities, resolving guest complaints, and upselling hotel services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of hotel services, and the ability to handle cash transactions. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as well as physical abilities to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalence
- 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
