Job Summary
Assist guests with arrival and departure at a luxury hotel, handling check-in/check-out, inputting and retrieving guest information, processing room charges, and providing accurate information on local attractions. Welcome guests warmly, code electronic keys, verify and imprint payment methods, manage cash and currency exchanges, post charges to guest rooms, handle phone inquiries, and address guest complaints with solutions. Maintain professionalism, adhere to hotel policies, and promote brand and marketing programs while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requires strong customer service, communication and computer skills, ability to stand for extended periods, and comfortable collaboration with team members. This role is based at Westin San Antonio North and involves on-site front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred
