Job Summary
Front Desk Agent role on a Part Time swing shift at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling walk-in reservations, posting charges, processing payments, maintaining front desk and public areas, handling guest inquiries, providing information about hotel policies and local amenities, upselling rooms, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Requires strong customer service, confidentiality, ability to manage multiple tasks, cash handling, and teamwork. Must be 18+ and have a High School Diploma or GED; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Guest service experience preferred
- Front desk experience preferred
- Must be able to handle several projects and tasks at the same time
- Must be able to perform the physical job duties of all Front Desk team members
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
