Job Summary
Anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner while processing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Verify billing, create bookings, and handle special requests while following proper selling techniques to maximize room revenues. Assist guests with property details and local attractions, manage room availability, and adhere to booking policies. Handle cash transactions, monitor equipment use, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with regulations. Follow guest service recovery programs, attend department meetings, and contribute to cross-departmental efforts. Requires 1+ years of hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
