Job Summary
Front Desk Agent handles reservations, guest check-in/check-out, upselling to maximize room rates, greets and assigns rooms, handles confidential guest information, answers and routes calls, resolves minor guest complaints, responds promptly to guest requests, and supports the guest experience. Requires excellent communication, strong organizational/time-management skills, hospitality knowledge, and leadership/training abilities to contribute to a high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; or 1-3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
