Job Summary
Greet guests as the first impression and handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly. Answer phones and respond to inquiries about local recommendations or room needs. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to solve problems on the fly, such as key issues or room adjustments. Take payments and manage reservations accurately while providing local knowledge. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment with flexible hours. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, moving around the hotel, and restocking supplies. Use basic math skills for inventory tracking and daily calculations.
