Job Summary
Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for part-time work. The role involves providing exceptional guest service and maximizing revenue by applying effective selling techniques. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a cash bank, handling guest room keys, updating on front office activities, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Open availability in the afternoon shifts (2pm-10pm), including weekends and holidays, is required. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
