Job Summary
Greet guests at Sawmill Creek with a positive attitude, assist with check-in and check-out, collect payments, and sell tickets to Cedar Point and add-ons. Maintain guest information securely, answer questions in person and over the phone, and solve guest concerns professionally. Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the assigned work area per Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines. Communicate with other shifts and the Front Office Manager to meet attendance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Charismatic attitude
- Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera)
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Comany Policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older
