Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at OTH Hotels Resorts delivers warm, personalized check-ins/outs, assists guests with recommendations and inquiries, processes reservations and payments in the PMS, maintains knowledge of hotel services and local attractions, coordinates with other departments, and upholds safety and confidentiality. The role emphasizes hospitality beyond scripted service, guest-centric problem-solving, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multitask during weekend/holiday shifts. Training is provided for hotel systems, with an emphasis on genuine guest connections and maintaining a welcoming lobby presence.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with computers (training provided)
- Strong verbal communication in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
