Front Desk Agent Night Auditor

Front Desk Agent Night Auditor role handling nightly front desk accounting and hotel financial reporting. Responsibilities include checking front office records for accuracy, tracking room revenue and occupancy, posting room charges and taxes, verifying postings and balances, preparing daily operational summaries and reports for management, and performing Front Desk Agent duties. Requires guest registration, room assignments, reservations (same-day and future), knowledge of room types and rates, handling guest requests and complaints professionally, maintaining privacy and security of guest information, and supporting smooth communications across departments. Familiarity with Choice Advantage (PMS) and ability to process payments, as well as learning safety and emergency procedures. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to learn front office operations and local area knowledge are essential.
