Job Summary
Front Desk Agent duties focus on ensuring guests have a friendly arrival and departure experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out efficiently, staying knowledgeable about room rates and promotions, receiving and noting mail per daily shift, answering phones with an approved greeting, maintaining hotel knowledge, and upholding cleanliness, teamwork, and guest satisfaction goals as outlined by hotel standards.
