Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsibilities include processing guest check-ins/outs, confirming reservations, handling payments (room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit), coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness, directing guests on parking procedures and local information, and generating daily occupancy reports. The role also entails issuing and activating room keys, answering guest calls and requests, maintaining professional appearance and conduct, safeguarding guest information and company assets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. The position requires strong communication, guest-service orientation, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
