Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience beyond standard check-in/check-out. Role includes guiding guests through their stay, handling a wide range of guest requests, processing operational needs, completing reports, delivering meals when needed, and sharing local highlights. Must be on feet and able to move, lift up to 25 pounds, reach overhead and bend, twist, and stoop as required. Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance and communications; adhere to policies and procedures. Marriott-branded hospitality experience with a guest-first mindset is implied through responsibilities such as ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.
