Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Lodgco's Fairfield Inn & Suites in Jacksonville, FL. Responsible for guest registrations/check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, handling guest requests, answering phones, and assisting guests with problems to ensure a superior guest experience. Must have strong communication and computer skills, multi-task effectively, and be flexible with schedules, including nights and weekends.
