Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Limelight Aspen who welcomes and registers guests, presents statements and collects payments, coordinates with housekeeping/maintenance/guest services to fulfill requests, and provides local activity recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining cash bank, handling reservations and cancellations, ensuring rooms are prepared, complying with hotel policies, assisting in emergency procedures, and completing delegated tasks while supporting other departments as needed. Required/preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer/guest experience; prior front desk experience and strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills are beneficial. Required Qualifications
