Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Lebanon Townplace Suites handles guest check-ins/check-outs, resolves guest complaints, processes payments according to hotel procedures, and generates daily reports for designated departments. Provides information and services to guests in a friendly, professional manner; coordinates with housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred); bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Strong communication skills and computer familiarity are advantageous for success in this role.
