Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent at LaQuinta Inn Atlanta Airport is responsible for greeting guests, registering guests, providing courteous service throughout their stay, resolving any guest issues, and closing out guest accounts upon checkout. The role requires maintaining effective communication with hotel departments, adhering to safety and security protocols, handling cash transactions, and promoting hotel facilities. A high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of hospitality experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1 to 2 years of a brand hotel front desk experience preferred
