Job Summary
Front Desk Agent needed to greet guests, provide information and resources, and act as the liaison between residents and guests to ensure a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring entrance and departure for security, following check-in policies, coordinating with office staff to maintain resident information in databases, handling phone calls professionally, reporting violations or incidents, maintaining key control, understanding and communicating fire alarm operations, responding to emergencies by coordinating with management and emergency services, and producing daily activity reports. The role requires the ability to perform duties in a high-rise property setting, meet basic administrative tasks, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with prior experience in a similar hospitality/property-management environment preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
- Minimum six months related experience and/or training
- Proficient with computer software for various tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to write reports of daily activities and irregularities
- Familiarity with high-rise property operations is highly desired
- Valid driver's license
